Finito

So. We just got back to Alabama this evening. Alan had to take the bathroom in the condo down to the studs. There was water damage, and busting out the tile required the wallboard to come out too.

Also done in the condo this time: paint touch-ups and some furniture replaced. Next year: new kitchen and wet bar counters, sinks and faucets, and bedroom repaint.
