Recap: Ireland

Hi, all. A few weeks ago, we went to Ireland for the weekend. It was quick and we were all very tired, but it was still a good trip.

Some photos:

The girls climbed around on a lot of ruins. The rule seemed to be that, if it's less than 500 years old, the local kids can play on it.

After spending a day in Dublin, we drove across the country to the port city of Galway.

The city had some really amazing street performers.

These are not real dogs. They're made out of sand. Pretty amazing.

In Galway, we had a great lunch at the King's Head tavern.

Running around the Ashtown castle house in Dublin's Phoenix Park was a nice outing for our last morning.

The kitchen gardens were especially enjoyed.

Ireland looks so pretty and inviting. That sand dog looks so real, I swear that it looks like it is breathing and will get up and run off any second!

Glad you had a good time!
