Venice vibrant

Venice is lovely and lively and lucrative--unless you're a tourist like us. :o) But we're having a great time enjoying the sights and sounds of the city. Staying on a canal allows us to appreciate morning "traffic," which involves honking, gesturing, and boats backing up.

Tomorrow to Padua by rail to see the Scrovegni Chapel, which we're excited to see.
