Cold-snappy

OK. So we've been in a cold spell since Feb. 18. OK? The average high for this day is 31 degrees. I'd have Meggie playing outside in her snow clothes. But it's -9 degrees right now. I'm starting to get a little peevish. We're only a five degrees from the 55-year record low. What's up?
